ADC India Communications reported FY25 total revenue from operations of Rs. 18,710.17 lakhs, up about 4.7% from Rs. 17,874.04 lakhs in FY24, driven mainly by the IT-Networking segment (Rs. 16,566.53 lakhs, +8.7%) while the Telecom segment declined to Rs. 2,143.49 lakhs (-15.5%). Full-year net profit rose to Rs. 2,445.76 lakhs (~18% growth) from Rs. 2,068.53 lakhs, with EPS at Rs. 53.17 vs Rs. 44.97. Q4 FY25 was weak though, with PAT at Rs. 294.94 lakhs versus Rs. 693.81 lakhs in Q4 FY24 due to higher tax and other expenses. Auditors SRBC & Co LLP gave an unmodified opinion. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs. 30 per share (including Rs. 25 interim).
Modest full-year revenue growth and solid PAT expansion reflect steady operations, but the sharp Q4 profit dip may temper near-term sentiment. Total dividend of Rs. 30/share offers a healthy yield for shareholders, and clean audit supports confidence in the numbers.
