ADC India Communications reported total revenue of Rs 20,006.36 lakhs for FY2026, up 6.9% from Rs 18,710.17 lakhs in FY2025. However, net profit after tax declined significantly to Rs 1,892.70 lakhs from Rs 2,445.76 lakhs in the prior year, a drop of about 22.6%. Q4 FY26 revenue was Rs 6,124.06 lakhs with net profit of Rs 351.16 lakhs. The company operates in two segments — IT Networking (dominant, Rs 18,189.45 lakhs revenue) and Telecommunication (Rs 1,816.91 lakhs). The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 25 per equity share of Rs 10 face value. Statutory auditors SRBC & CO LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion. The company also announced a change in Company Secretary — retirement of Mr. R. Ganesh and appointment of Ms. Geetha Desikachari effective June 1, 2026.
Despite revenue growth, the sharp decline in net profit is a concern for shareholders. The dividend recommendation provides some support, but the profit contraction despite higher sales may weigh on the stock price near term.
