ADC India Communications reported audited FY26 results with total revenue of Rs 20,006.36 lakhs, up 7% from Rs 18,710.17 lakhs in FY25. However, net profit after tax declined significantly to Rs 1,892.70 lakhs from Rs 2,445.76 lakhs in FY25, a drop of about 22.6%. EPS fell from Rs 53.17 to Rs 41.15. The company recommended a dividend of Rs 25 per share. The statutory auditor SRBC & CO LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board also approved changes in the Company Secretary role, with Ms. Geetha Desikachari appointed from June 1, 2026. IT-Networking segment drove most of the revenue at Rs 18,189.45 lakhs while the Telecommunication segment saw a decline.
The stock may face pressure as full-year profit declined despite modest revenue growth, indicating margin compression. However, the clean audit report and dividend announcement provide some support for shareholder confidence.
