ADC India Communications reported FY25 total revenue from operations of Rs. 18,710 lakhs, up about 4.7% from Rs. 17,874 lakhs in FY24. Net profit after tax grew roughly 18% to Rs. 2,446 lakhs from Rs. 2,069 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 53.17 (vs Rs. 44.97). Q4 FY25 PAT, however, fell to Rs. 295 lakhs from Rs. 694 lakhs in Q4 FY24, a sharp drop of about 57%. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share, which along with the Rs. 25 interim dividend declared in March 2025, takes total FY25 dividend to Rs. 30 per share (300% on face value of Rs. 10). Statutory auditor S R B C & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The Board also approved re-appointment of Ms. Vijaya Latha Reddy as Independent Director for 5 years and appointed V Sreedharan and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY25-26 to FY29-30.
The full-year PAT growth and a Rs. 30/share total dividend signal healthy shareholder returns and steady operations. However, the steep Q4 PAT decline and modest top-line growth suggest margin pressure or one-time costs in the final quarter, which investors should weigh against the strong full-year picture.
