ADC India Communications reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 4,796.40 lakhs, up about 14.4% year-on-year, with net profit rising 5.3% to Rs 613.15 lakhs and EPS of Rs 13.33. However, the nine-month picture was weaker: total revenue fell roughly 1.8% to Rs 13,882.30 lakhs and net profit dropped about 28.3% to Rs 1,541.54 lakhs, dragged down by a sharp 33% decline in the Telecommunication segment. Total expenses for the nine months rose around 6.5% to Rs 12,288.93 lakhs, pointing to clear margin pressure even as the top line stayed nearly flat. The board also appointed Ms. Lin Xia Smyth and Mr. Vineeth Chandran as new Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, while Mr. Rakesh Bhanushali and Mr. Jonathan Murphy resigned, with statutory auditor SRBC & Co LLP issuing an unqualified review report.
Short-term shareholders may react to the 28% drop in nine-month profits and telecom segment weakness, despite a solid quarter. The director reshuffle appears to be an Amphenol group realignment and is unlikely to change operating direction in the near term.
