Add-Shop E-Retail reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 3,485.42 Lakhs, up only ~3% YoY from Rs 3,383.28 Lakhs. Profit after tax for the quarter fell sharply to Rs 25.81 Lakhs versus Rs 91.94 Lakhs in the same quarter last year, a drop of about 72%. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined roughly 7.3% YoY to Rs 9,766.41 Lakhs while PAT slipped to Rs 69.50 Lakhs from Rs 295.61 Lakhs, a ~76.5% fall. Operating profitability weakened as other expenses remained elevated relative to the slower top-line. The auditor issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. The board approved the results on 13 February 2026 with no investor complaints pending.
Despite revenue holding roughly flat in Q3, sharply lower profitability and a continuing decline in nine-month revenues suggest margin pressure and weakening earnings momentum, which is negative for near-term shareholder sentiment and stock price.
