Adhbhut Infrastructure Ltd's board approved its standalone unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 December 2025). Revenue from operations was Rs. 15.37 lakhs versus Rs. 5.30 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, but fell sharply on a nine-month basis to Rs. 46.05 lakhs from Rs. 67.25 lakhs. The company posted a net loss of Rs. 30.22 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 92.38 lakhs for nine months, against tiny losses a year ago. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. (0.27). Accumulated losses of Rs. 2,422.58 lakhs have fully eroded net worth (other equity of Rs. (1,777.24) lakhs). The auditor flagged a material uncertainty on going concern and drew attention to the Enforcement Directorate's provisional attachment of company properties and promoter shares under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. A new Non-Executive Director, Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, was also appointed via postal ballot.
Shareholders should note the auditor's explicit going-concern doubt, persistent losses, negative net worth, and the unresolved ED attachment as significant overhangs. Despite a jump in quarter-on-quarter revenue, the nine-month decline and weak financial health mean the stock remains a high-risk bet until these concerns are resolved.
