The Board of Adinath Textiles met on 28th May 2025 and approved the audited financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended 31st March 2025. Total income for FY25 stood at Rs. 136.10 lacs, down from Rs. 189.42 lacs in FY24, a decline of about 28%. Profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 9.01 lacs (FY24: Rs. 47.63 lacs), with Q4 FY25 slipping into a loss of Rs. 4.64 lacs versus a profit of Rs. 14.65 lacs in the year-ago quarter. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion on the results. The Board also appointed M/s. P.S. Bathla & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. No loan defaults or related-party transactions were reported.
Weak numbers — a sharp fall in both revenue and profit, along with a Q4 loss — are negative for shareholders and may pressure the stock. The negative other equity (Rs. 401.67 lacs) and unqualified audit opinion remain the key points to watch; small-cap, low-liquidity stock so expect heightened volatility on the back of these results.
