Promoter group sells 4.1 lakh shares, holding falls to 29.96%

Kiran Mittal and Rukmani Devi Mittal from the promoter group sold a combined 4,10,000 equity shares of Adishakti Loha and Ispat through open market on June 15 and 16, 2026. Kiran Mittal sold 1,50,000 shares on June 16, while Rukmani Devi Mittal sold 10,000 shares on June 15 and 2,50,000 shares on June 16. Combined promoter group holding fell from 33.23 percent (41,68,000 shares) to 29.96 percent (37,58,000 shares). The company has total equity capital of 1,25,58,000 shares of Rs 10 each.
