Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Aditya Birla Capital is raising INR 1,301.25 crore through a private placement of 1,30,125 secured, senior, rated, redeemable, locked-in, interest-bearing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of INR 1 lakh each, allotted to Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) on June 30, 2025. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.533% per annum and have a 3-year maturity (1,096 days), redeeming on June 30, 2028. The instrument is unlisted and is secured by a first-ranking pari passu charge on the company's receivables, cash and cash equivalents, and government securities. No premium or commissions are involved, and there are no embedded options.
This is a pure debt raise from a prestigious multilateral investor (AIIB), strengthening the company's capital base without any equity dilution. The ~7.53% borrowing cost reflects strong credit standing, and the 3-year locked-in tenor provides stable long-term funding.
