Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 34,550 secured, rated, listed, taxable, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement to multiple investors on March 10, 2026, across three tranches. Tranche 1: 30,000 NCDs of Rs. 1 lakh each aggregating Rs. 300 crore at 7.2959% p.a., maturing September 15, 2028. Tranche 2: 250 NCDs of Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating Rs. 25 crore at 9.1500% p.a., maturing December 21, 2028. Tranche 3: 4,300 NCDs of Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating Rs. 430 crore at 7.1000% p.a., maturing October 3, 2031. Total NCDs allotted aggregate to Rs. 755 crore, secured by a first pari passu charge on receivables, securities, and current assets of the company.
The company has raised Rs. 755 crore via private placement of NCDs at coupons of 7.10%–9.15%, which is routine debt raising for a non-banking financial company. The issuance is unlikely to materially impact the stock price but adds to the company's borrowing and interest obligations going forward.
