Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 31% year on year to ₹16,545 crore and profit after tax rose 38% to ₹1,288 crore. Lending assets grew 32% to ₹2,33,930 crore. Standalone Q2 profit after tax was ₹1,237 crore. Standalone operating cash outflow for the half year widened to ₹11,756 crore, mainly from higher lending. Debt was 4.28 times equity, down from 4.82 times in March. FY26 had a ₹11.54 crore exceptional labour charge.
Strong profit and asset growth may support the stock, but the large operating cash outflow and high debt level remain shareholder risks.
