ABFRL reported consolidated revenue of Rs 8,176.92 crore for FY2026, up 11.2% from Rs 7,354.73 crore in FY2025. Q4 consolidated revenue was Rs 1,990.03 crore, up 15.7% YoY. However, the company posted a consolidated loss before tax of Rs 928.13 crore from continuing operations, significantly worse than Rs 718.38 crore loss in FY2025. Standalone revenue grew 5.3% to Rs 5,906.03 crore, with standalone net loss widening to Rs 351.49 crore from Rs 304.03 crore. The company completed the demerger of its Madura Fashion & Lifestyle business in May 2025, with the discontinued operations contributing Rs 200.16 crore profit before tax. Finance costs remain high at Rs 515.68 crore for consolidated figures. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements.
Despite 11% revenue growth, ABFRL continues to burn cash with widening losses. The stock may face pressure due to deteriorating profitability and negative earnings per share of Rs 2.89 for the year. The ongoing losses despite scale suggest operational challenges remain.
