ABFRL reported Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 1,990 Cr, up 16% YoY, driven by strong growth in Pantaloons (19%) and TMRW (45%). Full year FY26 revenue reached Rs. 8,177 Cr, up 11%. EBITDA grew 57% in Q4 to Rs. 311 Cr with margins expanding ~410 bps to 15.7%. For FY26, EBITDA stood at Rs. 967 Cr, up 28% YoY. However, the company continues to report losses with Q4 PAT at Rs. -164 Cr and FY26 PAT at Rs. -830 Cr. The company expanded its retail footprint with 180+ gross store additions in FY26, taking total area to 7.9 Mn sq.ft. Cash position remains strong at Rs. 1,545 Cr.
Positive signal from strong revenue growth and significant EBITDA margin expansion, indicating operational efficiency gains. However, persistent net losses and negative operating cash flow (EBIT remains negative) suggest profitability turnaround is still a work in progress despite improved operating metrics.
