Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 8,373 Cr vs Rs 7,830 Cr in FY25, a 6.9% increase. Net profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 134.6 Cr from Rs 69 Cr. Operating margin improved from 5.98% to 6.39%. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew 7.2% to Rs 8,396 Cr with PAT at Rs 171 Cr vs Rs 60 Cr, nearly tripling. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (Rs 61 Cr total). Exceptional items of Rs 49 Cr for the year relate to past service costs from new labour codes. The company listed for the first time in June 2025 via demerger from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail.
Strong profitability growth with PAT nearly doubling year-on-year on both standalone and consolidated basis. The stock should be positively received given the significant earnings expansion and clean audit opinion with unmodified reports.
