On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Speciality Retail peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 11.2% to Rs 2,265.61 crore and net profit jumped 126% to Rs 53.05 crore; EPS was Rs 0.44. In the first half, revenue rose 11.2% to Rs 4,311.35 crore and profit rose 73% to Rs 82.07 crore. Q2 cash earnings margin improved to about 17.2% from 16.6%, while first-half operating cash flow was positive at Rs 403.89 crore. The results were unaudited; Price Waterhouse found no material issue in its limited review.
May support the stock: strong sales and profit growth. Rising receivables, inventory and debt are watch points, despite positive cash flow.
