Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
H1 FY27 real estate net total income rose 309% to Rs 355 crore, with Q2 at Rs 268 crore versus Rs 31 crore. Q2 collections increased 47% to Rs 752 crore, but bookings fell 67% to Rs 298 crore and area sold fell to 0.2 million sq ft from 0.6 million. Consolidated Q2 total income was Rs 861 crore and operating profit Rs 195 crore. FY27 launch pipeline: Rs 4,728 crore. CARE moved BEPL's bank-facility outlook to AA Positive.
Stronger income, collections and a positive rating outlook may aid sentiment, but the 67% booking fall could weigh on near-term performance.
