Aditya Infotech (CPPLUS) reported strong Q3 FY26 results with consolidated revenue rising 37.3% year-on-year to ₹1,139.1 crore, driven by robust demand for its CP PLUS IP cameras and STQC-certified product portfolio. EBITDA nearly doubled, up 98.7% YoY to ₹144.6 crore, with margins expanding 391 basis points to 12.7%, helped by a better product mix, higher localization, and operating leverage. Adjusted PAT jumped 138.8% YoY to ₹96 crore (after a ₹7.7 crore one-time provision for new labour codes). For 9M FY26, revenue grew 31.1% to ₹2,798.8 crore, EBITDA doubled to ₹320.6 crore, and adjusted PAT rose 138.6% to ₹198.9 crore. The company also flagged an exceptional gain of ₹213.1 crore (net of deferred tax) on fair valuation of its previously held stake in the AIL Dixon joint venture at acquisition. Management raised FY26 guidance to the upper end of ₹3,900–4,100 crore in revenue, with EBITDA margins of 11–12% and PAT margins of 7–7.5%.
Strong beat across revenue, margins, and profits, combined with raised full-year guidance, signals robust business momentum and is likely to be viewed positively by the market. Investors should note the adjusted PAT figures exclude a large one-time exceptional gain, so headline reported PAT may look even higher.
