Aditya Infotech (brand CPPLUS) reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,139.11 crore for Q3 FY26 and Rs 2,798.78 crore for the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, up roughly 31% YoY from Rs 2,134.44 crore in the same period last year. Profit after tax for Q3 stood at Rs 95.98 crore (vs Rs 40.19 crore in Q3 FY25), while 9M FY26 PAT was Rs 198.83 crore. EBITDA margin expanded meaningfully to about 12.6% in Q3 (from around 7.5% in 9M FY25), driven by scale and backward integration. The board also approved a 50:50 joint venture with Orient Cables to manufacture LAN, CCTV, and electric cables, a Rs 75 crore greenfield project at Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh) for plastic and metal CCTV housing components, and capacity augmentation at the existing Kadapa plant. Additionally, the Articles of Association were amended to give Dixon Technologies the right to nominate one director on the board.
Strong revenue growth and improving margins signal healthy operational momentum, though investors should note the Rs 30.86 crore customs duty demand (including penalties) as a pending litigation risk and the impact of new Labour Codes adding Rs 7.66 crore to consolidated employee costs. The Orient Cables JV and Kadapa expansion reinforce backward integration, which could support margin expansion going forward.
