Aditya Infotech Limited (CPPLUS) reported audited consolidated revenue of Rs 42,208.12 million for FY26, up 35.6% from Rs 31,118.72 million in FY25, driven by strong growth in the security and surveillance equipment business. Profit after tax stood at Rs 3,679.61 million vs Rs 3,510.41 million in the prior year, a growth of 4.8%, though the prior year included an exceptional gain of Rs 2,486.30 million from fair valuation of previously held interest in AIL Dixon joint venture. The company completed its IPO in August 2025 (fresh issue Rs 5,000 million) and acquired the remaining 50% stake in AIL Dixon Technologies Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
