Aditya Ispat Limited reported weak unaudited results for Q3 FY26 and the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 819.71 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1,471.69 lakhs in Q3 FY25 — a drop of about 44%. For the nine months, revenue declined to Rs 2,342.24 lakhs from Rs 3,949.80 lakhs, a fall of roughly 41% year-on-year. The company slipped into a net loss of Rs 89.51 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 106.92 lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the nine months, the loss widened to Rs 291.09 lakhs against a marginal loss of Rs 6.54 lakhs a year earlier. Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs (0.83) for the quarter and Rs (4.40) for nine months FY26. The statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report.
Shareholders face a worrying quarter with both top-line shrinkage of over 40% and a return to losses, suggesting pressure on the steel bars and wires business. Continued losses and falling revenues may weigh on the stock price and raise concerns about the company's near-term profitability.
