Board approved un-audited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 ending Sept 30, 2025. Consolidated income from operations rose to Rs 1,143.71 lakhs in Q2 from Rs 707.06 lakhs a year ago, and H1 PAT grew to Rs 161.04 lakhs versus Rs 93.10 lakhs last year, driven by subsidiary Verso Altima India. Standalone revenue dipped to Rs 103.11 lakhs from Rs 151.53 lakhs. Auditor issued an unmodified review report. Board also appointed Mr Naveen Naidu as Group CEO and Mr Satish Kumar Yadav as Group COO, both effective Nov 6, 2025, and approved ESOP grants under the AIL ESOP 2023 scheme.
Strong consolidated growth from subsidiary business supports earnings momentum, while standalone weakness and fresh ESOP grants may dilute share value in the near term.
