Adroit Infotech's board, at its May 22, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, along with the unmodified (unqualified) opinion from statutory auditor M/s. Rao & Shyam. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of around ₹3,391 lakhs and shareholder's funds of ₹7,360.58 lakhs, roughly doubling from ₹3,340.84 lakhs a year ago, supported by a fresh equity raise of about ₹3,868 lakhs. Standalone full-year profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹145.04 lakhs, boosted by a ₹293.17 lakh exceptional gain from reversal of Verso acquisition contingent consideration, but the company also booked ₹323.70 lakhs in bad debts and a ₹47.68 lakh extraordinary GST liability charge. Q4 FY25 standalone slipped into a loss of ₹131.24 lakhs, and operating cash flow was sharply negative on both standalone (₹-1,543.53 lakhs) and consolidated (₹-1,341.50 lakhs) bases, with the gap funded by fresh share issuance and short-term borrowings.
The clean auditor opinion and larger equity base are positives, but the Q4 standalone loss, heavy bad-debt write-off, and deeply negative operating cash flow suggest core operations are still under pressure; investors should watch whether the new capital translates into sustained revenue and cash-flow improvement.
