Advance Lifestyles Ltd has reported its audited standalone results for Q4 FY25 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2025. Total revenue for FY25 rose to Rs. 44.74 lakh from Rs. 35.11 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 27%. Net profit for the year jumped sharply to Rs. 14.27 lakh (EPS Rs. 2.29) versus Rs. 2.14 lakh (EPS Rs. 0.34) last year, but a large part of this came from a one-time exceptional gain of Rs. 11.62 lakh from the sale of an investment property under a settlement agreement dated May 2, 2024. Q4 FY25 net profit was Rs. 2.65 lakh versus Rs. 0.49 lakh in Q4 FY24. Statutory auditors Piyush J. Shah & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the CFO has filed the required declaration confirming the same.
Headline profit growth looks impressive but is largely driven by a one-time property sale gain rather than core operations. Investors should note that operating cash flow was negative at Rs. (14.58 lakh) for the year, suggesting weak cash generation from the core business. The clean audit opinion is a positive, but the underlying earnings quality is modest once the exceptional gain is stripped out.
