Advance Lifestyles' Board, on May 27, 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 44.74 lakh (thousands) in FY25 from Rs. 35.11 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 27%. Net profit jumped sharply to Rs. 14.27 lakh from Rs. 2.14 lakh, boosted by a one-time gain of Rs. 11.62 lakh from the sale of an investment property (settlement agreement dated May 2, 2024). The auditor (Piyush J. Shah & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board also appointed Mr. Vikas Gangwal as Company Secretary from June 1, 2025, and Pooja Gala & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30. Operating cash flow, however, remained negative at Rs. (14.58) lakh versus Rs. (8.02) lakh last year, mainly due to working capital changes.
Headline profit growth looks strong but is largely driven by a one-off property sale gain, so underlying earnings are weaker. Negative operating cash flow is a concern. New governance appointments are routine and neutral for shareholders.
