Advance Multitech board meeting on Aug 11 to consider Q1 FY27 results and 47th AGM

The Board of Directors of Advance Multitech Limited will meet on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the registered office in Ahmedabad. The agenda includes approval of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and limited review report for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026), approval of the notice for the 47th Annual General Meeting, finalising the day, date and time of the AGM, taking note of the Secretarial Audit Report, and approving the Draft Directors Report for FY ended March 31, 2026. The company will also appoint a scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM. The trading window has been closed since July 1, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the Q1 results are declared.
