Advance Petrochemicals has reported its unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and the nine-month period ending 31st December 2025, approved by the Board on 13th February 2026. The company turned profitable in Q3 FY26 with a PAT of around ₹35 lakhs, compared to a loss of approximately ₹355 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the company also swung to a profit of about ₹222 lakhs from a loss of around ₹2,022 lakhs in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 rose sharply year-on-year to roughly ₹126 crore versus about ₹43 crore in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue was broadly flat at around ₹318 crore versus ₹331 crore. The statutory auditors issued an unqualified review report with no qualifications, going-concern issues, or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
The results mark a clear turnaround for the company, with both quarterly and year-to-date profits returning after losses a year ago, which is a positive signal for shareholders. However, nine-month revenue is broadly flat, and the results include a non-recurring loss on sale of a long-held investment, so investors should look at underlying operating trends before drawing strong conclusions.
