Board approved Q1 FY27 results on Aug 14, 2026. Revenue from operations rose 5.5 percent to Rs. 2,102 lakhs. However, PAT fell 41 percent to Rs. 138.6 lakhs versus Rs. 235 lakhs a year ago, hit by higher expenses. Board also approved adding 28 to 56 rooms at Caravela Beach Resort Goa at about Rs. 75 lakhs per key, funded by internal accruals. Existing 196 keys at 73.4 percent occupancy.
Mixed: profit dip signals margin pressure, but expansion plans could lift future revenue from weddings and events.
