Advent Hotels International (formerly Shiva Realtors) reported Q1 FY27 standalone PAT of Rs 89.55 cr versus Rs 1.22 cr in Q1 FY26, driven by a one-time gain of about Rs 190 cr from sale of land in Sahar, Andheri to its wholly owned subsidiary ACHIL for Rs 275 cr. Consolidated PAT fell to Rs 6.75 cr from Rs 32.51 cr on higher expenses and absence of prior-year exceptional income. Revenue was flat year on year at Rs 80.5 cr. Post-quarter, Prestige Estates will pick up 50 percent in ACHIL for Rs 504 cr. Prior period figures were restated to reflect the hospitality demerger from Valor Estate. Auditor flagged an emphasis of matter on the scheme.
Standalone profit inflated by one-time land sale; underlying operations flat. Watch Prestige deal closure and Bamboo Hotel transfer progress.
