Aegis Logistics' Board met on June 19, 2025 and approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue was nearly flat at Rs. 2,977 crore vs Rs. 2,980 crore last year, but profit after tax grew about 28% to Rs. 529 crore from Rs. 412 crore, lifting EPS to Rs. 15.07 from Rs. 11.73. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (600%) for FY25 and also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share (200%) for FY26, taking total announced payouts to Rs. 8 per share. On a consolidated basis, revenue dipped roughly 4% to Rs. 6,764 crore, while net profit rose about 17% to Rs. 787 crore. The Board also noted the successful IPO of subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited, which raised Rs. 2,800 crore and listed on June 2, 2025. Statutory auditors CNK & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Strong profit growth and a combined Rs. 8 per share dividend signal healthy cash generation and shareholder rewards, likely to be viewed positively by the market. The Aegis Vopak Terminals IPO listing is a value-unlock event that could enhance the consolidated valuation.
