Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 16.6% year on year to Rs 270.84 crore, but profit after tax fell 3.8% to Rs 96.41 crore. Half-year revenue rose 14.6% to Rs 504.61 crore, while profit fell 7.4% to Rs 165.82 crore and finance costs rose 63% to Rs 79.68 crore. Consolidated operating margin fell from 83.42% to 78.99%. The auditor's review was unmodified; prior periods were restated for related-party acquisitions of Pipavav and HALPG.
Revenue growth is positive, but lower margins, higher finance costs and weaker profit may weigh on the stock, despite positive operating cash flow.
