Board-approved Q2 FY27 results show consolidated revenue of Rs 27,083.81 lakh, up 16.6% year on year, but profit fell 3.8% to Rs 9,640.80 lakh. H1 revenue rose 14.6% to Rs 50,461.21 lakh, while profit fell 7.4%. Higher finance costs reduced the consolidated EBITDA margin from 78.0% to 74.8%. The limited review found no material misstatement. Related-party acquisitions of 96% of ATPL and 75% of HALPG led to restatement of earlier figures.
Revenue growth helps, but higher finance costs and lower profit may weigh on the stock. Strong cash flow and debt-to-equity of 0.54 provide support.
