Aequs, recently listed on Dec 10 2025, posted Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 326 crore, up 51% YoY. Nine-month revenue grew 28% to Rs 863 crore. However consolidated net loss widened to Rs 42.7 crore versus a loss of Rs 39.8 crore in Q3 FY25, while nine-month loss narrowed to Rs 59.7 crore from Rs 111.5 crore. Exceptional loss of Rs 16.7 crore in Q3 includes IPO expenses, Labour Code impact and a listing bonus to the CEO. The Aerospace segment drives growth while the Consumer segment stays in loss. The firm raised Rs 670 crore via the IPO.
Strong top-line growth and improving operating margins, but persistent consolidated losses and one-time listing costs keep near-term profitability weak for shareholders.
