On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.4 pts more than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Aeroflex reported Q2 FY27 total income of Rs 277.34 crore, up 53.74% year on year, operational EBITDA of Rs 59.91 crore, up 59.01%, and PAT of Rs 38.24 crore, up 87.11%. H1 income rose 89.34% to Rs 610.50 crore and PAT rose 305.83% to Rs 141.46 crore, helped by the MRO sale. The group sold 68% of MRO for Rs 227.42 crore, completed 51% of Stilonn, and approved a 55% Aerolex Cables purchase.
Strong reported growth and portfolio expansion support the AI infrastructure story, but H1 profit includes the MRO sale and acquisition execution adds risk.
