Aeroflex Industries board approved expanding liquid cooling skid capacity for data centers from 2,000 to 15,000 pieces per year by June 2026, plus robotic welding lines and an annealing plant for stainless steel hose assemblies by December 2026. Total investment is Rs 97.56 crore, funded by Rs 42.56 crore internal accruals and Rs 55 crore via preferential issue of 30.10 lakh equity shares at Rs 182.70 each to six non-promoter investors including marquee investor Ashish Kacholia. EOGM is scheduled for January 15, 2026.
Capacity build targets growing data center demand. Preferential allotment to known investors is a positive, but brings around 2.3 percent equity dilution.
