Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue was Rs 20,716.29 lakh and PAT Rs 1,194.21 lakh. H1 revenue was Rs 35,213.92 lakh, down about 5%, while PAT rose about 41% to Rs 3,655.92 lakh. A switch to straight-line depreciation cut Q2 depreciation by Rs 841 lakh and added Rs 823 lakh to PAT; without it, H1 PAT grew about 9%. Review was unmodified. The board approved the Hyd-Air merger in principle, subject to approvals. Drashti Bhil becomes CFO on November 28.
PAT growth looks strong, but lower depreciation added about Rs 823 lakh and H1 revenue fell. The merger may add efficiency, subject to approvals.
