Aerpace Industries approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 21 percent year on year to 61.33 lakh rupees, but loss after tax widened to 355.91 lakh rupees versus 128.42 lakh rupees in Q1 FY26. Full year FY26 standalone loss was 1,200.28 lakh rupees on revenue of 213.60 lakh rupees. Board also appointed Dipti Nagori and Associates as secretarial auditor for five years through FY31, subject to shareholder approval.
Sustained losses with expenses far outpacing revenue highlight ongoing financial stress for shareholders; new auditor appointment is routine.
