Aerpace Industries Q1 FY27 results (quarter ended June 30, 2026) show revenue from operations up about 21% YoY to Rs 61.33 lakhs and total income up 36% to Rs 137.59 lakhs. However, total expenses more than doubled to Rs 499.38 lakhs, mainly employee costs (Rs 273.81 lakhs) and finance costs (Rs 74.03 lakhs). Standalone loss after tax widened to Rs 355.91 lakhs from Rs 128.42 lakhs YoY. EPS was negative Rs 0.23. The company capitalised Rs 0.45 crores for machinery under CWIP and recognised Rs 89.36 lakhs in RSU compensation expenses. Board also appointed M/s Dipti Nagori as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY27.
Widening losses despite revenue growth signal cost pressure. Employee and finance costs surged sharply. Deep losses and negative EPS are concerning for retail shareholders.
