Aether Industries' board approved Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) financial results. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose 42% year-on-year to ₹2,561 million and total income grew 35% to ₹2,587 million. EBITDA jumped 94% Y/Y to ₹781 million with margins expanding sharply to around 30%, while profit after tax climbed 57% Y/Y to ₹470 million (EPS of ₹3.55). Standalone PAT was ₹401 million on revenue of ₹2,143 million. The company also appointed new Statutory, Secretarial, Cost and Internal Auditors for terms of 1–5 years, and fixed the 13th AGM for September 12, 2025. The board also addressed an NSE notice flagging non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) (related-party transaction disclosures), which the company attributed to a technical filing issue and is resolving with the exchange.
Strong topline growth, near-doubling of EBITDA and healthy PAT expansion point to a robust quarter, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The small NSE fine (₹2.7 lakh) for a RPT-disclosure delay is minor and dismissed as a technical glitch, with no impact on fundamentals.
