On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved FY25-26 audited financials and annual report, recommended re-appointment of statutory auditors PPN and Co, and fixed the AGM for September 25, 2026. It approved an ESOP scheme up to 10 percent of paid-up capital, increased authorised capital from Rs 30 crore to Rs 40 crore, and raised the borrowing limit to Rs 500 crore. It also cleared strategic investment in subsidiary Afcom Cargo FZCO. Additionally, 2,00,000 warrants were converted into equity shares at Rs 863.17 each.
Capital and borrowing limit hikes point to growth plans, but warrant conversion causes mild dilution. ESOP may align management interests with shareholders.
