On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.0 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Promoter Manjula Annamalai plans to acquire 10,43,766 shares, or 3.61% of Afcom Holdings, from promoter Jaganmohan Manthena for Rs 800 per share on 28 October 2026. Her stake will rise from 14.84% to 18.45%, while his falls from 4.47% to 0.86%. Combined promoter holding stays at 19.31%.
The buyer gains a larger stake, but this is only a transfer within the promoter group, so total promoter ownership and control remain unchanged.
