Afcons Infrastructure reported standalone Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 2,987.67 crore (up 1.4% YoY) and PAT of Rs 112.03 crore (down 20% YoY). H1 FY26 revenue rose 4.5% to Rs 6,350.96 crore with PAT of Rs 247.76 crore. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 667.18 crore. Auditors flagged emphasis of matter on multiple ongoing arbitration and court proceedings involving contract claims of over Rs 1,000 crore across Chenab Bridge, TTA JV, AGJV and Dahej projects with uncertain outcomes.
Q2 profit dip and negative operating cash flow may pressure stock; large unresolved arbitration claims remain a key risk for investors.
