Standalone revenue for H1 FY26 grew 4.5% YoY to Rs 6,350.96 crore. Q2 revenue was Rs 2,987.67 crore. H1 PAT was Rs 247.76 crore (up 1.5% YoY), but Q2 PAT fell 20% YoY to Rs 112.03 crore. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 667.18 crore. Auditors flagged emphasis of matter on pending arbitration on multiple projects including Chenab Bridge and TTA JV claims totaling over Rs 1,000 crore.
Flat H1 earnings but weak Q2, negative operating cash flow, and large pending arbitration claims remain key concerns.
