AG Ventures Ltd, which trades under the symbol OCCL, will be voluntarily delisted from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) effective July 15, 2025. The company applied for voluntary delisting under Regulations 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. Trading in the stock on NSE will be suspended from July 8, 2025, ahead of the formal delisting date. The shares will continue to remain listed and tradable on BSE (Scrip Code: 506579), so shareholders are not being asked to exit. NSE issued its formal circular on June 24, 2025 confirming the delisting schedule.
Shareholders retain full ability to buy and sell shares on BSE, so there is no immediate exit event or price discovery risk. However, the loss of NSE listing may reduce overall trading volumes and liquidity, which could widen bid-ask spreads on BSE going forward.
