Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results (ended Sep 30, 2025) on Nov 13. Consolidated revenue from operations fell to Rs 24,479.91 lakhs (Q2) and Rs 84,510.86 lakhs (H1), down from Rs 32,566.03 and Rs 103,674.48 lakhs a year ago. Net profit dropped to Rs 1,198.99 lakhs (Q2) and Rs 2,502.00 lakhs (H1) vs Rs 1,844.34 and Rs 5,744.51 lakhs YoY. Standalone PAT was Rs 511.80 lakhs for Q2. Auditor Singhal Sanklecha gave a clean limited review with no qualifications.
Weaker Q2 with revenue and profit declining sharply; seasonal nature and infra spending pace may weigh on near-term stock sentiment.
