Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results (June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 33,704 lakhs from Rs. 32,781 lakhs but net profit fell to Rs. 919 lakhs from Rs. 1,322 lakhs, hit by Middle East war disruptions. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 43,331 lakhs but net profit dropped to Rs. 1,035 lakhs from Rs. 1,575 lakhs. Dividend of Rs. 3.30 per share proposed for FY26 subject to AGM. Company added new business objects covering roads, EPC, toll collection, and chemicals to diversify beyond bitumen.
Higher dividend is positive, but profit decline of about 30 percent year on year due to geopolitical pressures may weigh on sentiment. Diversification plan adds future growth optionality.
