AGI Greenpac reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 785.27 cr, up 14.2% from Rs 687.66 cr a year ago. PAT rose 11.8% to Rs 99.35 cr vs Rs 88.85 cr. EBITDA grew to Rs 183.79 cr from Rs 175.52 cr, but margins compressed to about 23.4% from 25.5% due to a sharp 25% rise in power and fuel costs. EPS stood at Rs 15.36 vs Rs 13.73. Board also recommended appointing Shashvat Somany, son of CMD Sandip Somany, as Joint Managing Director for 5 years from October 1, 2026.
Revenue growth is healthy, but rising power and fuel costs squeezed margins, which may pressure short-term sentiment.
