Board approved audited Q4 & FY26 results. FY26 consolidated revenue rose 5.4% to Rs.2,665 cr; PAT up 9% to Rs.352 cr (EPS Rs.54.35). Q4 PAT jumped 19% to Rs.115 cr. EBITDA at Rs.690 cr was flat, with margin compression. An exceptional item of Rs.5.09 cr was booked for Labour Code compliance. Final dividend of Rs.7/share (350%) recommended, up from Rs.5. Borrowings halved to Rs.205 cr. Auditors Lodha & Co LLP gave an unmodified opinion. CMD Sandip Somany re-appointed for 5 years.
Higher dividend, deleveraging, and clean audit are positives. Flat EBITDA and margin compression are mild concerns for shareholders.
