AGI Infra reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 8,750 lakhs, down about 4% YoY from Rs 9,140.87 lakhs. PAT still rose sharply to Rs 2,610.58 lakhs from Rs 1,906.69 lakhs, up around 37% YoY on lower material costs. Nine-month PAT climbed to Rs 6,817 lakhs versus Rs 5,093 lakhs, up 34%. The company executed a 1:5 stock split during the quarter. Auditor R.S. Kalra gave an unqualified limited review on both standalone and consolidated numbers.
Strong profit growth signals margin expansion despite flat top line; the 1:5 stock split should boost share liquidity and retail accessibility.
