On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.1 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
AGI Infra has issued a postal ballot seeking shareholder approval to raise up to 275 Crore rupees through a Qualified Institutions Placement of equity shares to institutional buyers, in one or more tranches. Proceeds will fund ongoing and proposed projects, land acquisition, working capital, and general corporate needs. E-voting runs from October 6 to November 4, 2026, results by November 6, 2026.
If approved, equity dilution is likely but company gets growth capital. Watch for QIP pricing terms once finalized.
